刘征 James LIU

创始人 执行总裁 / Founder CEO 

刘征先生常年工作于中国，美国与加拿大，并曾主持设计并建成多个标志性项目，类型覆盖商业综合开发，主题娱乐，度假及酒店等。

Mr. James Liu has worked across China, the US, and Canada for years, overseeing the design and completion of numerous landmark projects in commercial development, theme entertainment, resorts, and hotels.

刘征先生见证了中国文旅及新消费体验的转型，曾全程主持及参与上海迪士尼，北京环球影城，广州长隆等多个标杆文旅娱乐综合项目，以及顶级国际IP的引入和谈判，对于综合性文旅项目的开发，定位，品牌 IP，设计及运营均有广泛资源和管理经验。

He has witnessed China’s cultural tourism and new consumption transformation, leading and participating in major projects like Shanghai Disneyland, Universal Beijing Resort, and Chimelong in Guangzhou, as well as top international IP introductions and negotiations. He excels in the development, positioning, branding, design, and operation of comprehensive cultural tourism projects, backed by extensive resources and management expertise.

刘征先生曾在全球最大的体育和娱乐公司巍美中国（endeavor  china)任场景娱乐LBE及地产业务总裁，并实现多个依托于巍美强大IP资源网络的线下项目。

Previously, as President of LBE and Real Estate at Endeavor China, one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment firms, he launched multiple offline projects leveraging the company’s robust IP network.

Damien Latham  首席创意官

国际文旅目的地开发专家，深耕娱乐休闲产业逾30年。主导欧洲、中东及中国大型文旅项目开发，代表成果包括：沙特阿拉伯21个综合娱乐公园集群开发 / 迪拜歌剧院、水族馆及中东首个室内滑雪场（迪拜/埃及） / 全球32个家庭娱乐中心开发及乐高品牌中东市场战略落地；曾任伊玛尔地产（哈利法塔开发商）娱乐产业首席执行官,并在多个国际知名企业董事会中任职，在推动业务增长和提升客户体验方面具有显著优势。

 

An expert in international cultural tourism destination development with over 30 years of deep expertise in entertainment and leisure. He has led major projects across Europe, the Middle East, and China, including: developing a 21-park integrated entertainment cluster in Saudi Arabia; delivering Dubai Opera, Aquarium, and the Middle East’s first indoor ski resort (Dubai/Egypt); and overseeing the global development of 32 family entertainment centers alongside the strategic launch of LEGO in the Middle East. He served as CEO of Emaar Properties’ (developer of Burj Khalifa) entertainment division and sits on boards of multiple international enterprises, demonstrating proven strengths in driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences.

唐巍 Vincent Tang  商务总经理

唐巍（Vincent）拥有近 15 年大型综合文体旅项目开发管理经验，曾任职于国际上市企业及国内头部开发集团核心管理层，精通投资拓展、商务谈判、战略规划、前期定位及 IP 授权运营，具备全流程项目操盘能力。曾参与大型国际主题乐园本土化战略，成功推动多个大型国际旅游度假区落地，实现国际 IP 与本土市场深度融合。任职头部开发企业投资管理总监期间，完成多个商业综合体从选址到运营的全周期闭环管理。在 Endeavor 集团任职期间，推动集团 IP 资产及多个国际重磅 IP 的本土化落地，并主导开发多个大型体育综合体项目，极大提升了集团在文体旅领域的市场影响力与资源整合实力，拓宽业务范畴。

 

Vincent Tang brings nearly 15 years of experience in developing and managing large-scale cultural, sports, and tourism projects. As a core manager at international listed firms and top domestic developers, he excels in investment, negotiation, strategic planning, IP licensing, and full-cycle project operations. He drove the localization of major international theme parks, successfully launching multiple resorts and integrating global IPs with local markets. As Investment Management Director at a leading developer, he oversaw the full lifecycle of commercial complexes. At Endeavor Group, Vincent led the localization of the company’s IP assets and several high-profile international IPs, and spearheaded the development of large-scale sports complexes. His efforts significantly enhanced the group’s market influence and resource integration capabilities, expanding its business reach.

Justin Downes（唐金）  合伙人

唐金先生拥有 25 年（含在华 13 年）高端体育设施开发、目的地规划、建设及运营经验，业务覆盖北美、澳大利亚、亚洲三大洲，管理超 10 亿美元开发运营项目。他与国际奥委会、各国奥委会及全球体育、娱乐、媒体领域权威保持资深合作，参与 2022 北京冬奥会、2021 自由式滑雪世锦赛等国际赛事筹备运营，提升项目国际影响力，是目的地及综合度假村行业公认的外籍领军人物，常受邀全球演讲及媒体访谈。曾任顶尖体育娱乐公司 IMG 集团旗下 IMG 度假区总裁。

 

Mr. Justin Downes has 25 years of experience (13 in China) in high-end sports facility development, destination planning, construction, and operations across North America, Australia, and Asia, managing over $1 billion in projects. He partners closely with the IOC, national Olympic committees, and global sports/entertainment/media leaders, contributing to major events like the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and 2021 Freestyle Skiing World Championships. Recognized as a leading foreign authority in destinations and integrated resorts, he is a frequent global speaker and media interviewee. Previously, he served as President of IMG Resorts at leading sports and entertainment firm IMG.

胡凯 Ken HU  项目总经理

胡凯先生拥有 14 年项目开发与管理经验，曾任职于 AECOM、Callison-RTKI 等国际一线企业及万达集团，专注文旅综合体、大型商业及体育设施领域。他具备前沿产品创新能力，在世界 500 强 AECOM 及行业领军企业 Callison-RTKI 期间，全程主导成都大魔方、汕头万象城、北京工体商业广场等多个标杆项目的设计与管控；后于万达集团商业规划院负责西南区万达广场全周期、全专业项目管理，兼具国际视野与本土实操经验。

 

With 14 years of experience in project development and management, Mr. Hu Kai has worked at leading international firms including AECOM, Callison-RTKL, and Wanda Group, specializing in cultural tourism complexes, large-scale commercial projects, and sports facilities. He brings a proven track record in innovative product design and execution, having overseen end-to-end design and management of landmark projects such as Chengdu DMF, Shantou MixC, and Beijing Workers’ Stadium Commercial Plaza during his tenure at Fortune 500 company AECOM and industry leader Callison-RTKL. Later, as part of Wanda Group’s Commercial Planning Institute, he managed full-cycle, multi-disciplinary project operations for Wanda Plazas across Southwest China, blending global expertise with on-the-ground execution capabilities.

黄征宇 Dastin Huang  合伙人

黄振宇先生深耕房地产领域 25 年，专注品牌策划、投资招商、市场研究及资产管理，为上百个地产项目提供创新解决方案。任职中赫集团期间，主导策划冬奥会崇礼赛区核心项目，奠定北京冬奥会开发运营基础。现任天轴和豪泰博亚首席运营官，带领团队全面负责上海临港耀雪冰雪世界的规划与开业。

 

With 25 years in real estate, Mr. Huang Zhenyu specializes in brand planning, investment & leasing, market research, and asset management, delivering innovative solutions for over 100 projects. During his tenure at Sinobo Group, he led the planning of core projects in the Chongli Zone of the Winter Olympics, laying the groundwork for Beijing Winter Olympics development and operations. Currently serving as COO of Tianzhou and Haotaiboya, he oversees the planning and launch of Shanghai Lingang Yao Xue Ice and Snow World.

潘骞 Hunter Pan  运营总经理

潘骞先生（Hunter）在多个跨国公司及500强企业担任高管拥有近20年的运营管理品牌IP经验，涉及娱乐、餐饮、教育和酒店等行业。常年工作于中国、加拿大、比利时，积累了丰富的运营和战略管理经验，能够在不同文化背景下领导团队推动项目成功。曾就职于迪士尼公司和默林集团，任区域运营总，以及AEG娱乐公司中国区业务的总经理（与Hasbro合作，积极推动上海“小马宝莉”和“变形金刚”主题乐园的建设与运营）。

 

Hunter Pan brings nearly two decades of C-suite experience leading brand IP operations across entertainment, F&B, education, and hospitality, spanning multinational and Fortune 500 enterprises.Active in China, Canada, and Belgium, he leverages cross-cultural expertise in operational strategy to drive team success and deliver results in diverse markets. His career highlights include serving as Regional Operations Director at Disney and Merlin Entertainments, and General Manager of AEG Entertainment China, where he partnered with Hasbro to lead the development and launch of Shanghai’s "My Little Pony" and "Transformers" theme parks.
